- Standard Products: Shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Frozen Products: Shipped only on Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure optimal quality during transit.
Delivery Time
Transport typically takes 24 hours, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. You’ll receive a track & trace code once your package has been handed over to the carrier, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Handling Damaged Packages
- If your package appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept it. Instead, inform the carrier immediately and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
- If you accept a damaged package, we regret that we are unable to offer assistance, as carriers' regulations assume acceptance as confirmation that the package was received in good condition.
