Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Perishable goods or items nearing their expiration date.
- Clearance or discounted items (marked as final sale).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team with your order details.
- Our team will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
- Once we receive the return and confirm eligibility, a refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Exchanges
Need a replacement? If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a prompt exchange at no extra cost.
